In her sophomore year at Trinity Valley, Walker averaged 10.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 1.3 steals and shot 35 percent from the 3-point line and 36 percent from the field. She earned First-Team All-Conference and All-Region honors. Walker helped lead her team to the NJCAA National Tournament and a 27-7 record.
As a freshman in 2006-07, Walker scored 11.5 points averaged 5.6 rebounds and shot 38.5 percent from beyond the arc. She earned First-Team All-Conference honors and led Trinity Valley to a 25-7 record.
"She will be a defensive stopper and she is a great rebounder," Fresno State coach Adrian Wiggins said. "Beyond that she can shoot the ball well. That is a huge must for us at the guard position. She plays aggressively and has played a lot of basketball at a very established Junior College."
